Weight watchers is working perfectly for me which i think is just great. I am averaging about 500grms a week weight loss so i am very happy with that. so in total i have have now lost 3.4kgs since starting 7 weeks ago. i am feeling 95% better in myself and im not falling asleep on the lounge early any more..Darren loves it we can sit and chat for hours of a night time, spend some quality time together..
I went to the Dr's this morning, i have had a very sore left knee for a few weeks now and have just decided to do something about it..He has suggested i go to physio for a little bit and do some muscle strengthening as my knee cap is out of place and is quite raised it's not flat like it is supposed to be (well that's what the Dr said anyway), and if the physio doesn't work then i may need to go in and have knee surgery, key hole surgery to scrap away something (i can't remember now what he called it)...But Physio is first, we take it as it comes and see how i go...He has also said to take voltarin rapid until i go and see the physio next tuesday...couldn't get in today he was fully booked and i can't go any other day due to working..
My boys are doing great, Lachlan is a little character at times. The other day i asked him if he went to the jewllery shop with Dad, Darren looked at me and said he wouldn't have a clue...So Lachlan turns to me and says "I WOULDN'T HAVE A CLUE MUMMY"...just way to cute for his own good i tell ya...
Lachlan seems to be loveing pre-school which is good each week i ask him if he made anything for me and he says, no it's not for you it's for nanna or yes but it has gone into my special book at pre-school, they make up portfolio's for the kids each year...i am looking forward to seeing what he has done so far.
They have a daddy's night at pre-school this friday night so darren is going to go along with Lachlan and see what he does and what they do with him. Will be good for him to go along and see these things.
Thats about it for now...
